Bread B!tch was built on a simple belief: bread should never be boring.
Weāre a small-batch artisan bakery making breads, panettone, cookies, and pastries from scratch using real ingredients, traditional techniques, and a little bit of attitude. No shortcuts. No mass production. No bland bites.
What we do believe in?
Long ferments. Brown butter. Big flavor. And baked goods that actually make you stop mid-bite.
